Complaints policy

We recommend that you first complaints to make us know by emailing info@exclusivetruckstyling.nl From February 15, 2016 is for EU consumers also possible to register complaints through the ODR platform by the European Commission.This ODR platform can be found at  http://ec.europa.eu/odr  . When pending complaint not elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint using the EU platform.

We care about our products and do logically our best to deliver these to you in top condition. Still, is it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during shipping or something else happens so you can make a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to make within two months from discovery of the defect report to us about it. If the defect is within warranty, then we will take care free of charge for repair or replacement.
